The 11x14 size of double-weight mats frame images printed on archival photo paper. All other images are printed on archival canvas; the above prices indicate the costs of unstretched canvas images. As proportions in each image are unique, dimensions do not always conform to the exact above sizes---the short side, the image height on my landscape-formatted images, may vary slightly. I create all the content of my images; each one is entirely a combination of my photography and my painting, and all are copyrighted. I am also offering my images on metal, a process that infuses aluminum with vibrant archival dyes that create a spectacular presentation in your home or corporate environment. Adding to the unique, award-winning quality of my work, I can create 12-foot murals of an image in single or multiple segments that will enhance the impression of a room in a manner that has no peer. Consonant with my Asian/Minimalist esthetic, there are framing options my individual and corporate clients and interior designers might want to consider. To discuss your requirements, please contact me at my studio: 201 978 6877; or email: [email protected] Delivery With orders of $2000 or more, there is no charge for delivery to Manhattan or in New Jersey within a 10-mile radius of my studio in North Bergen, New Jersey. For other locales, charges will be applied: FedEx, UPS, a private delivery service I use, or one with whom you have an account that you prefer. Sales Tax, Credit Card Fees and Delivery/Shipping Prices for the images do not include packaging, delivery, insurance, or, if required, sales tax. Credit card fees: when card is presented at time of transaction and can be swiped, 2.9%. If card is not present at time of transaction/if card information must be manually keyed in, 3.9%. If you want the image stretched locally, you can order your image unstretched, rolled and shipped in a tube via FedEx. The shipping and handling fee is $50.00. Guarantee and Returns These limited edition images are made to your order, and as customer satisfaction is my highest priority, if you are not completely satisfied with what you have received, please notify me immediately. If in transit the image has become damaged, I will contact FedEx so that liability can be ascertained. FedEx will require immediate notification and evidence of their liability: photos of the damaged packaging(exterior and interior), the attached shipping label and of the artwork. They require that the damaged packaging be photographed before opening. Document this clearly, then open the package and photograph the interior packing damage and damage to the artwork. Upon their acceptance of liability, I will immediately exchange or credit you for your image cost, and reship to you at no further expense. If you choose to return the image for credit, the credit will only be applicable to images you may choose from my portfolio. I will arrange for the damaged image to be shipped to me at my expense, but you must have it prepared for shipment to my studio. I very carefully check every image before it is shipped, not only for proper stretching, but for image defects or any other anomalies. And if I overlooked any production damage, I will replace that image and arrange to have it returned to me, also at my expense. Please notify me within one week of your image's receipt and provide me with jpegs that clearly depict the damages/defects. You may also return your image within one week of receipt if there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, because of the high cost and time involved with the production of each image, returns for any reason other than delivery or production damage will incur a 30% restocking fee. Metal prints, because I cannot produce them myself, incur a 40% restocking fee. As above, the remaining percentage of the purchase price will be credited toward purchases from my portfolio. If there are no delivery damages or production defects, return shipping will be your responsibility. Please pack and insure the image so that I receive it in undamaged, saleable condition and adequately insured. Please note: as a consequence of the image's immediate environment, primarily the humidity, a loosening of the stretched canvas may occur. This is not a production problem or a substrate defect; this is natural, as the canvas is mostly cotton. Again, I carefully verify that my images are properly taut during production and in pristine condition upon their sale. The canvas may or may not re-tighten over a period of time, again as a consequence of the humidity fluctuations. I can advise you of simple, no-cost solutions which, up to now, have rectified this effect upon those very rare occasions when a client has had this problem. However, I cannot replace an image for environmentally induced loosening of the canvas, or other conditions over which I have no control.
